Currax is committed to the advancement of healthcare and improving patient outcomes through the support of investigator-initiated research (IIR) and independent educational programs and activities. We actively support and collaborate on initiatives designed to advance medical and scientific knowledge about our products and therapeutic areas of interest.

Eligibility Requirements

Investigators interested in conducting IIR or education initiatives relevant to Currax products are encouraged to apply.

Currax requires the following information is included in the IIR proposal, as applicable:

  • Investigator(s)/Study Lead
  • Institution/Organization
  • Study Title
  • Study Design/Synopsis
  • Primary Objective
  • Population
  • Number of Subjects
  • Number of Sites
  • Duration of Treatment
  • Type of Support Request
    • Financial, include funding amount
    • Investigational product, specify product and quantity
    • Review only
    • Other, specify

Currax requires the following information for educational initiatives:

  • Objectives
  • Description of program
  • Agenda outline if relevant
  • Key references
  • Target HCP audience specialty(ies)
  • Number of HCPs to be invited
  • Number expected to complete the program
  • CE or no CE
  • Possible faculty
  • Company overview including scope of services, years in operation, track record with similar programs
  • Cost
  • Timing
  • Duration of program

Each submission will be reviewed collectively by the Currax Grant Review Committee based on scientific merit and alignment with our research, key business objectives and development plans, and availability of support. Review of a proposal is not a guarantee of support or endorsement.

The review process is confidential, and any related documents received are solely used for the purpose of making a decision.
